Head Chef / Senior Sous chef

We serve traditional Nordic food with a modern and seasonal twist - all underpinned by the term 'husmanskost' (traditional Swedish home cooked food). 

We are looking for a reliable person with

· a passion for food

· appropriate chef training

· experience of working in a busy restaurant kitchen both doing prep and service

· knowledge or interest in Scandinavian cuisine

· interest to develop their career further

Part or full time Front Of House member 

We are a well known address for high quality Scandinavian food and drink. Our growing clientele has come accustomed to expert service – our Front of House team is always happy to provide recommendations and information on our food and drinks.

We are looking for a reliable person with

· Passion for food and restaurant service

· Experience of a busy restaurant environment

· Knowledge or interest in Scandinavian culture and cuisine

· Drive to carry responsibility for Front of House tasks

· An active personality and clear communication skills
